Nacho-crumbed Nuggets ingredients: Fresh hake (80%), Santa Anna’s non-GMO corn chips (8%), free-range egg (7%), gluten-free all-purpose flour (5%), salt, pepper
Macadamia-crumbed Nuggets ingredients: Fresh hake (80%), salt, pepper, gluten-free all-purpose flour(8%), free-range egg, macadamia dust (gluten free)
Cooking instructions, from frozen (times may vary):
Airfryer (recommended for nacho or macadamia-crumbed): 7-10 minutes at 200˚C
Pan-fry (recommended for panko-crumbed): Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then increase heat until golden OR defrost and then cook on medium heat for 8 minutes
Oven bake: Cook from frozen at 200˚C for 15-20 mins
