PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

1. In order to ensure you get your meat as fresh as possible, you may receive it frozen.  It is recommended to either keep it frozen and defrost as required, or keep it in the fridge and use within 2 or 3 days.

2. Weights given are approximate and a 10% variance (over or under) is to be expected.

3. What does “backorder” mean? It only applies to certain items we order in specially. Meat orders now close at 1pm on a Monday for same week delivery/collection. If you order after this time, your order will roll over to the following week.
