Baked Haddock with Spinach & Creamy Sauce
This Winter-busting recipe was a huge hit with the whole family. It was super easy to make, didn't take long and didn't create much mess (which is an important box to tick). I served it with creamy mash. The kids have already asked when we're having it again!
