1. In order to ensure you get your meat as fresh as possible, you may receive it frozen.  It is recommended to either keep it frozen and defrost as required, or keep it in the fridge and use within 2 or 3 days.

2. Weights given are approximate and a 10% variance (over or under) is to be expected.

3. If the item you’re ordering is on backorder, it may delay your delivery by a day or two.
