Montagu Cheese is a family owned and run cheesery, where they lovingly hand craft artisan cheeses and farm butter made from recipes handed down over generations. They believe in low environmental impact farming alongside happy, grass fed and free roaming cows. As a micro-cheesery, they focus on quality products rather than mass production, ensuring every product is crafted with care. By working together with regenerative farmers they are able to utilise all by-products produced, where any waste is fed to free range pigs and/or composted.
