Frozen falafel
Ingredients: Chickpeas, buckwheat, onion, oryx desert salt, cumin, parsley, coriander, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, white pepper, chilli and olive oil
Deep Frying Instructions:
Thawed – Cook for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
From Frozen – Cook for approximately 3 minutes until golden brown.
Pan Frying Instructions:
Thaw first – Cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes each side.
Air Frying Instructions:
Air fryers may vary. Brush with oil and cook for approximately 10 mins at 190 C
Classic falafel mix
Outcast’s falafel mix is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices (Cumin, Coriander, Cilantro, Turmeric). Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan. It’s that good.
Each box has two sachets, simply add 200ml boiling water per sachet. Form into discs and pan fry 3 mins each side or bake. A box gives a total of 20-24 falafels, 10-12 per sachet. Cooked weight is approximately 500g
Crazy falafel mix
