All pesto can be kept frozen to extend the shelf life.
For bulk tubs you can freeze, thaw, decant and refreeze as many times as needed.

Basil Pesto
Ingredients: Vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), fresh basil (30%), pecorino cheese (cow’s milk, calcium chloride, microbial enzymes, preservative: lysozyme [egg], non-animal rennet, starter cultures, salt), cashew nuts, almond nuts, water, salt, fresh garlic, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
Allergens:  Tree nuts, cow’s milk, egg. Allergen control programme in place.
Suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. Halaal certified.

Basil & Chilli pesto
Ingredients: Vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), fresh basil (30%), onions, cashew nuts, water, chillies (3%), salt, ascorbic acid, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, citric acid.

Sundried Tomato pesto
