When I say Green Salad, I don't mean lettuce and cucumber. This is my go-to salad and my friends all know it's going to be on the table pretty much every time they come around (and it's always a crowd pleaser!)

Steam the broccoli for a few minutes until they are JUST cooked (still crunchy).
Arrange the spinach leaves on a platter, top with the cooled broccoli and slices of avocado.
Pour the dressing over and serve at room temperature (or see variations below to make it even better)
Variations
Chargrill the broccoli instead of steaming them – get the pan REALLY hot and make sure they get a few black bits on
Add air-fried Brussels sprouts (halve, coat in olive oil, sprinkle with salt and airfry till brown)
Add steamed or griddled green beans
Add cooked green peas
Add feta cheese
Sprinkle chopped walnuts or dukkah
